Leveraging a lifetime of political and finance experience, Diane founded Evans & Katz (E&K) over 25 years ago, pioneering the way in the industry of campaign finance consulting services. Since then, she led the organization to become one of the leading providers of campaign finance compliance in the country. In 2023, Diane stepped back as the Principal of E&K and now serves as a Senior Advisor to Katz Compliance.

Before founding E&K, Diane:

• worked 12 years on Capitol Hill serving in top leadership positions in the offices of three Members of Congress, including that of then Representative Norman Y. Mineta (D-CA) during his tenure as Chairman

• was an Accounting Supervisor in the Corporate Controller’s office, and as a Human Resources Specialist with a Fortune 500 company.

• earned a B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations with a minor in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin. She also completed extensive

After a long and illustrious career in the world of politics, Diane is following her other passion, vintage clothing, through starting Lipstick Girl Vintage. Along the way, she is continuing to use her knowledge and expertise to assist in the transition of E&K to Katz Compliance.
