After spending just shy of 5 years at the FEC as a Campaign Finance Analyst in the FEC’s Reports Analysis Division, Michael-Ann decided to get off the political sidelines as a regulatory referee and share her expertise in compliance and reporting with Katz Compliance’s progressive client roster.

Michael-Ann specializes in federal campaign finance reporting for labor, corporate, and leadership PACs as well as super PACs, Carey committees (Hybrid PACs), and state party committees. She has a passion for using technology to work smarter and create efficiencies and was regularly enlisted on internal FEC teams formed to develop advanced technologies for review and quality control of filed reports filed with the FEC.

Michael-Ann received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Maryland-College Park, with an Honors citation from the technology focused program, Design Cultures and Creativity.
